Thank you for visiting Chai Corner Cafe. Due to the perishable nature of our food and beverages, all sales are generally final. By purchasing from Chai Corner LLC, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. No Returns or Exchanges

For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges once food or beverage items have left our premises or have been picked up.

2. Order Accuracy & Quality

We take pride in serving high-quality products. If there is an issue with your order, including incorrect items or quality concerns, please notify our staff immediately during pickup so we can attempt to resolve the issue promptly.

Refunds or replacements may only be considered if:

• The incorrect item was provided
• The order could not be fulfilled
• There was a verified issue with order quality
• A duplicate payment occurred

3. Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled or modified before preparation begins. Once preparation has started, cancellations and refunds cannot be guaranteed.
