Store Pickup Policy

Thank you for choosing Chai Corner Cafe. Please note that we currently do not offer shipping or delivery services. All orders placed through our website are for In-Store Pickup only at our Schaumburg location.

Pickup Location

All orders must be collected from our cafe at: 1855 W Golf Rd, Schaumburg, IL 60194

How It Works

Place Your Order: Select your items and complete your purchase online.
Wait for Confirmation: You will receive an email or SMS notification as soon as your order is ready for pickup.
Pick Up: Head to the cafe and provide your Order Number and a Valid ID to our team members at the counter.

Pickup Hours

Orders can be collected during the following hours:

Monday – Thursday: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM
Friday: 9:00 AM – 11:00 PM
Saturday – Sunday: 10:00 AM – 11:00 PM
Please arrive at least 15 minutes before closing to ensure a smooth pickup.

Ready Time & Holding Policy

Preparation Time: Most orders are ready within 15–30 minutes. However, during peak hours, this may vary.
Freshness Guarantee: Because we serve fresh beverages and food, we recommend picking up your order as soon as you receive the "Ready" notification. We cannot offer refunds for items that have lost their quality (temperature or texture) due to late pickups.
End-of-Day Policy: Any orders not picked up by closing time will be discarded for health and safety reasons and are non-refundable.
