1. Pickup Only Policy

Chai Corner LLC does not offer shipping or delivery. All orders placed through this website are for in-person pickup only at our cafe location.

Pickup Timing: You agree to pick up your order during our designated business hours and, if applicable, at the specific pickup time selected during checkout.
Freshness & Quality: Because we sell perishable items (coffee, chai, croissants, and bakery goods), we cannot guarantee the quality, temperature, or freshness of items not picked up promptly.
Abandoned Orders: Orders not picked up by the end of the business day will be discarded. No refunds or credits will be issued for abandoned orders.

2. Payments & Refunds

Payment: All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase through our online checkout.
Refunds: Due to the perishable nature of our food and beverages, all sales are final.
Errors: If there is a mistake with your order (e.g., wrong item provided at pickup), please notify our staff at the time of pickup so we can correct it immediately.

3. Health & Allergy Disclaimer

We take pride in our ingredients, but please be aware:

Allergens: Our products are prepared in a shared kitchen environment where nuts, dairy, gluten, and other allergens are present. We cannot guarantee that any item is 100% allergen-free.
Food Safety: Once an order has left our premises, the customer assumes all responsibility for the proper handling and storage of the items to maintain food safety.

4. Use of Website

No User Content: You may not post reviews, photos, or comments directly to this website.
Prohibited Conduct: You agree not to use this site for any fraudulent purposes, such as placing "fake" orders or attempting to bypass our payment systems.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Illinois law, Chai Corner LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your purchase or consumption of our products.
